Some websites will of course ask for a fee but this is usually minimal and way smaller than what newspapers would charge. A plus is the fact that your advertisement in the site will be there. There is no time limit unlike with newspapers, which will only be printed when you buy the space. Selling your home may be tough right now but with a little bit of creativity and persistence, you can manage to get a good buy. |
